You can have the car

It took me 40 minutes to get to work today, but I wouldn't know about the traffic - I was back on Pashley! I'd been getting a bit jealous of all the cyclists zooming past while I wait at the lights recently and when Trav collected the car last night (to bring all his gear home on Friday) I had no choice! It took 15 minutes to make myself presentable and I was sitting at my desk with 5 minutes to spare.

It felt so good - I think Trav visiting and an early night also helped but however it happened, I'm well and truly back in the game and looking forward to tomorrow's ride... and the next one...and the one after that.
